Kostas Peters has over 28 years of hands-on Sales & Marketing experience at the Director, VP and General Manager Levels in a variety of industries such as Financial, Computer Training, Market Research and Business Services Outsourcing, assisting high profile companies such as American Express, Harris Interactive, Executrain, New Horizons, Concentrix and others.

 

For the past 7 years, Kostas has been in private practice working with small to medium size businesses in the B to B space across a variety of industries as President and CEO of Parcus Associates. Parcus Associates is a Management Consulting firm, specializing in Sales & Marketing.

 

Kostas has extensive experience consulting with small-to-medium sized entrepreneurial companies. While the firm handles a variety of projects across multiple business units, his specialties include business development, sales and marketing, sales training, marketing campaigns, CRM implementation, mentoring and coaching, and sales management training. Some of his numerous achievements include: 

  • Returned Executrain’s North East division to profitability within 2 quarters after the company had missed targets for 33 months!

  • New Horizons jumped from number 28 to number 2 in its market within 28 months.

  • Successfully build and launched the Sales and Marketing department at Harris Interactive after its IPO.

 Kostas serves on a number of boards, including the Small Business Council, Camp Stella Maris and the Penfield Rangers Soccer Club, and enjoys golf, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.
