KOSTAS PETERS’ BIO

Kostas Peters is currently CEO and President of Parcus Associates, a local Management Consulting firm. Kostas is a highly skilled executive with 26 years of experience in general management, business processes and sales and marketing.

Kostas's substantial managerial background and extensive knowledge of business processes enables him to work with middle market companies, and small privately-owned companies, providing a full range of performance improvement services.

Kostas gained his experience as Director, VP and General Manager levels in a variety of industries such as financial, computer training, market research and business services outsourcing, and with high profile companies such as American Express, Harris Interactive, Executrain, New Horizons and others.

Kostas has extensive experience consulting with small-to medium-sized entrepreneurial companies implementing profit improvement strategies; best practice benchmarking, process improvement, cash flow management, and implementation of internal control policies and procedures. His experiences include business development, sales and marketing, transitioning internal audit departments to out-sourced functions, process reengineering, strategic planning, culture migration, and people development.

Kostas serves on a number of boards, including the Small Business Council and enjoys golf, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.
