Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the IT Support Engineer / Administrator is to provide remote or on-site support for our clients’ IT systems and network infrastructure. The position requires a high level of technical expertise, customer service orientation, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Position Description
The IT Support Engineer / Administrator maintains server hardware and software environments, upgrades existing servers, installs and maintains network applications, applies service packs/security patches, monitors utilization, implements and maintains efficient and secure computing practices, and troubleshoots problems to resolution.
Required Skills
· HP servers, workstations, printers and network switches.
· Cisco and SonicWall routers, switches and firewalls.
· Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Active Directory.
· Exposure to VMWare and/or Hyper-V a plus.
· Symantec Backup Exec and EndPoint Protection.
· Microsoft XP, 7, Office.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Printing Industry)

We are actively seeking candidates who can manage activities relative to the identification of profitable revenue streams from new clients, presenting Company’s services and maintaining communications with Company prospects. The job requirements entail completing the necessary sales metrics for cold calls, face-to-face appointments, Conference Calls and proposal solicitations. CREATIVE DIRECTOR

We are looking for a Creative Director who will be responsible for leading the ideation for accounts and in a client-facing role, will cultivate and manage close partnerships with our clients as well as perspective clients. Manage time successfully and be able to work on multiple accounts at one time. Strong presentation skills are required allowing you to effectively communicate and sell creative design.
This critical member of our team will lead the process of creating compelling concepts from discovery to detailed design. Your responsibility is for setting the tone for each project, including design, typography and photography. TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
​
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will hold a critical role as he/she will develop project plans, allocate resources and manage the tasks, schedule and budget for multiple database development and marketing application projects. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that proper project management, development and change control process are followed, as well as develop and maintain requirements, product specification, code and other project documentation.
Successful candidates must be able to see the big picture and be involved in the many details of the projects. He/she must be extremely comfortable working with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization. Motivating team members and communicating expectations to project members is crucial to project success.

Responsibilities
· Oversee the development of marketing applications using SQL, ASP, ASP.Net, VBScript, Javascript and other third/fourth generation languages.
· Participate as a principle architect in the design and building of relational databases for OLTP and/or OLAP use cases.
· Modify/develop data access processes in accordance with team policies, procedures and security standards.
· Work closely with the business functional areas, technical teams and clients to define systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding.
· Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, dependencies, staffing, scheduling, contingency plans, and allocation of resources.
· Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
· Assign tasks, responsibilities and drive accountability to project team members in a matrix environment.

Preferred Experience/Behavior

· Proficiency in TSQL and/or PL/SQL. Microsoft BI – SSIS and SSRS
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project or other project management tool
· Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle.
· Minimum B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
· 5-7 years overall IT or Software and/or DB development experience
· A minimum of three years of technical project management experience.
· A minimum of three years managing complex database and/or application development projects.
· Experience in Database Marketing desirable.

Minimum of 5 years in the B to B space, inside sales experience; computer proficient [MS Office and CRM -preferably SalesForce.com] - two of those positions have an opportunity to move up in to direct sales or account management - cold call experience required, though there is heavy marketing preceding calls - One position pays $35 to $40 base with an upside for $60 to $65K at plan, the other is similar base with a higher upside for closer to $70K at plan.
