With over 28 years of hands-on experience, Kostas has extensive experience consulting with small- to medium-sized entrepreneurial companies. While the firm handles a variety of projects across multiple business units, his specialties include sales and marketing strategy and implementation; business development; sales and management training; business and marketing plans; CRM strategy and implementation; and, executive/leadership coaching and mentoring.

 

Kostas serves on a number of boards, including the Small Business Council, Camp Stella Maris, Eyes on the Future, YEA! Program and the Penfield Rangers Soccer Club, and enjoys golf, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
